– UP “Delivery CH-100-28” With Conspicuity 2005+ offers “modern” modelers of the last 20 years two distinctive UP variations.  We chose two specific numbers from the 1974 UP Pullman group and offer them in “Conspicuity Era” configuration.  For SKU 36374-01, that translates to UP 73700, still wearing its Pullman delivery paint.  The roof hatches have been swapped out to a smooth replacement style.  The outlet gates have been replaced with modern bolt-on offerings.  For SKU 36374-02, that translates to UP 73847, a UP Pocatello Idaho Shops repaint from 1977, with varying data, replacement roof hatches, and replacement modern outlet gates.  Both Tangent models feature a correct Pullman combination closed-hole/open-hole body, weathered UP gray body color with conspicuity stripes added, faded warning stencils and yes, (different!) AEI tag parts mounted, per photos.  The models come equipped with body-mounted brake hardware and our 100-ton Barber S-2 trucks with accurate “Hyatt” rotating caps.
