Rusty Stumps Scale Models - Kelley's Boarding House Kit

The Boarding House is a late-1800's / early-1900's style building found in a small town center.  There are rooms for rent on the second floor and two commercial storefronts for rent on the first floor.  To access the upper level rooms, there are two sets of exterior staircases – one to access rooms along the front of the building, and one to access rooms at the rear of the building.  Each commercial space includes entrances at both the front and rear of the building.  There are three brick chimneys - each rentable area having a small coal-fired stove for both heat and cooking purposes.  The structure is an interesting design – giving lots of visual interest for your small town area.

FEATURES:

• Laser-cut 1/32" birch plywood sub-walls with tab & slot construction.

• First and second floor interior walls with interior door openings.
